Dedicated Pre Event Support Expert • $500
This level of support establishes a direct line to an Event Expert for you and your team leading up to your event. We offer one free hour-long training call after you have created your event, but this support option provides you with more 1:1 time with a team member. Your Pre-Event Expert will be available to you by email and an additional 4 hours of dedicated phone or virtual call support. This level of support will help you with site set up, volunteer training, site management, and more.
Remote Support Expert • $350
If you are looking for a dedicated technician to be on call during your event, we can help! With our remote support option, your dedicated Event Expert will act as an overall support person to help you, your volunteers and guests alike. They will be able to assist attendees with logging into their accounts, placing bids or donations, and answering any inquiries that are submitted through the blue Support button on your event page. They will also have a direct line to the Event.Gives Tech Team as well.
Looking for help with your event site and day of questions? Our remote support plus option bundles our remote support with building your event site to give you the full arsenal of our expert's help! From creating tickets to importing items, our event expert will guide you along the path of success.
If you are looking to have another point person for your event, our onsite event support is perfect for you! Your Onsite Event Expert will be by your side throughout your event! They will arrive 1 hour prior to the event to ensure your team is prepared for the event. They will be able to assist with check-in, monitor the auction, help guests bid, answer questions throughout the event, and help with the checkout process.
