Event.Gives partners with Go Charity and HGA Fundraising to offer a variety of consigned trips, experiences, jewelry, and more that you can use as raffle or live/silent auction items within your event. This feature, along with our other integrations, is built right into the Event.Gives platform so you have a full marketplace of items at your fingertips.
If you don’t have the resources to collect your own auction items or you need auction item ideas, you can choose from the long list of items in our marketplace. There are a wide range of options for you to choose from so you can curate a selection of highly sought after items. From lavish trips, beautiful jewelry, signed sports memorabilia, and rare artwork, there is something for everyone.

You’ve got your event created in the manager portal and now adding your marketplace items takes three easy steps.
- After logging into the manager portal and creating your event, you’ll navigate to the ‘Items’ tab.
- From there you will see a ‘Marketplace Items’ button that brings you to the full item catalog.
- All you do now is select the items you would like to add and click ‘Add to event.’
It’s that simple! And the best part is the description, minimum bid, and bid increment is already set for you! The pricing for these items is simple as well. The item cost will be 85% of the listed value amount. Your organization will keep the remaining 15% as profit. Any amount over the value will be additional profit to your event. For example, if you have an item that has a value of $100 and the highest bidder has won it for $200, you keep $115 out of that purchase.
