Come Stay In A Piece of Texas History!
Mulberry Manor is located in the Historic Trammell House in Sweetwater Texas. Rancher and banker Thomas Trammell - called the \"Father of Sweetwater\" - hired noted architect John Young (the father of actress Loretta Young) to design the house. The home was built during the period of 1911 to 1913 and reflects the Mission Revival-Prairie School style of architecture. It is approximately 5,600 square feet and consists of four guest rooms, two large living areas, a formal dining room, a powder room, a kitchen with an attached breakfast room, a lounge with big screen TV and bar, office and beautifully landscaped atrium. Guest rooms are appointed with beautiful antiques, luxury linens, Gilchrist and Soames toiletries, and plush bathrobes. Enjoy this piece of Texas history!
