Remote Support – $300

On-call technical support during your event.
Limited to 4 hours.
Check-in, sales, and check out training for event staff day of the event.
Immediate support via phone and text for you and your volunteers.
Troubleshoot event-related issues.
Continuous monitoring of your event analytics.
Recommendations to get more people engaged with the event.
Suggestions to increase your revenue in real time.

 

On-site Support – $750+Travel

On-site technical support during your event.
*A support expert will arrive one hour prior to your event.
Check-in, sales, and check out training for event staff day of the event.
Assist guests with registration, check-in, bidding, and check out.
Troubleshoot event-related issues.
Continuous monitoring of your event analytics.
Recommendations to get more people engaged with the event.
